Hello! I'm Pratik Raj, a User Experience Designer passionate about crafting intuitive, impactful digital experiences.
 

With over 7+ years of experience, I've led design initiatives across SaaS platforms, governance systems, and complex operational workflows. I specialize in simplifying high-complexity environments across identity & access management, enterprise administration, compliance, and multi-tenant platforms.

My work spans enterprise procurement, healthcare, retail fulfillment, and digital adoption ecosystems — partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to design scalable systems used by global organizations. Recently, I’ve been leading platform initiatives around SCIM orchestration, SSO, RBAC, auditability, and enterprise governance infrastructure at Whatfix.

I’m particularly interested in designing systems that balance flexibility, operational clarity, and scale — transforming fragmented workflows into intuitive platform experiences.
