I'm Pratik Raj, a Product Designer with 7+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms, governance systems, and high-complexity operational workflows.

My work focuses on helping organizations manage scale through identity and access management, enterprise administration, compliance, content governance, and multi-workspace platform experiences. I enjoy turning fragmented workflows into coherent systems that balance flexibility, operational clarity, and long-term scalability.

Over the years, I've partnered closely with Product and Engineering teams across procurement, healthcare, retail fulfillment, and digital adoption platforms. Most recently at Whatfix, I've been leading platform initiatives spanning SCIM orchestration, SSO administration, RBAC, auditability, governance infrastructure, and organization-scale administration experiences.

I'm particularly interested in systems thinking, platform architecture, and designing products that enable teams to operate confidently at scale.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, playing a sport, travel, and the intersection of design craft and complex systems.
