I'm Pratik Raj, a Senior Product Designer with over seven years of experience designing enterprise software. Most of my work has been around the tools that administrators and operations teams rely on every day, from identity and access management to platform configuration, governance, and large-scale administration experiences.

I enjoy working on products that have a lot of moving parts. The kind where success isn't just about designing a good interface, but about understanding how systems, teams, and business rules fit together. That's what has drawn me to platform design throughout my career.

I've worked across procurement, healthcare, retail, and digital adoption, partnering closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems. More recently at Whatfix, my work has expanded into AI-powered experiences, including voice generation, content creation, and platform capabilities that help teams work more efficiently alongside AI.

What motivates me most is figuring out how new technology can solve real problems—not because it's new, but because it genuinely makes someone's work easier. Whether I'm designing an administration console or experimenting with AI workflows, I'm most interested in building products that feel intuitive despite the complexity behind them.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling, playing badminton, exploring new technology, and occasionally going down rabbit holes on product strategy, design systems, and how great software is built.
